We've made some space in the Arts District!!

Culture Theory has officially started working in the historic Arts District downtown Los Angeles.

The Modern Territory started as a vacation rental home in Palm Springs co-founded by LA's Katie Kay Mead. The Mead's have now expanded their original destination and is now a rental property in Monticito Heights and is now offering small office and commercial space to the creatively minded in the Arts District of Los Angeles California.

We are in here with celebrity wardrobe stylist, Lucky Brand Jeans, and a couple of writers to name a few. We still have a small 150 sq ft office still available to lease and another street view exposed brick wall office coming up in the near future. With One Santa Fe right across the street and a bevy of new restaurants and shops right across the way, we are totally into this neighborhood, besides the lack of parking and the occasional 60-100 dollar parking citations we get here and there, we are in LOVE with the new space.
